10. What is a cover letter?
There are many types of cover letters that can be created. Normally, cover letters are made for jobs or for the purpose of applying to a university. A cover letter is an introductory letter that explains who you are, what your academic accomplishments have been, what your goals are, and why you are interested in a university or a particular job. 11. What is a resume?
A resume is a summary of all the jobs you have ever worked in as well as a summary of your academic accomplishments and volunteer work. Normally, a resume is requested by employers for employment purposes. In addition, universities may request the resume as well. 12. What is a FAFSA?
FAFSA stands for Free Application for Federal Student Aid and is federal financial assistance given to students based on income which is used to pay-off their college education. This assistance comes as grants support & Pell Grants. In addition, other financial support may come from loans, scholarships, and state programs.
